I cover the Hildenborough, Tonbridge & Sevenoaks areas
If you wish to train outside of these areas, I may be able to travel to you dependent on my schedule and for a small travel charge
Clothes - your kit doesn’t need to cost the earth, there are plenty of reasonably priced outlets that you can buy your sportswear from. I would strongly advise a good pair of running trainers (ideally use a retailer that will test your running GAIT so that you can ensure you are wearing the right trainers for your walking/running style)
Ladies - I cannot stress how important a well fitting sports bra is! From a comfort perspective if nothing else. Along with a good pair of trainers it is a worthwhile investment
Weather - unfortunately you can't live in the UK and avoid bad weather! I train in all weathers unless I think it will be unsafe to carry out a training session.
Timings - I try to be as flexible as possible with training times and will endeavour to make myself available in order to fit in with your schedule
NB - Please remember to bring water to every session and any medications that you may require (eg asthma inhalers)
