I trained for nearly two years with Alex, the last 8 months of which were through my 2nd pregnancy. I can't recommend her highly enough! She helped me get back to a level of fitness and weight that I was happy with for the first time since having my first child nearly 2 years before. Sessions were always challenging but not army camp aggressive, which suited me! She also gave me lots of useful nutritional advice to help when I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem and when we were trying to conceive. She also supported me throughout my pregnancy so that I was able to keep active almost to the end. I'm terribly disappointed she has moved just when I'm ready to get back into exercise again!

She was my Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist for a year from June 12 - June 13 prior to her move to Kent, and I can honestly say in that time she changed my life. Through her encouragement, expertise, continuous support and all round brilliance I not only dropped body fat, inches, weight and dress sizes, but I gained confidence, feel happier & have a much healthier relationship with food as well as loving exercise! Alex makes every session fun so you forget how hard you're working - and she also reminds you how far you've come and improved! I'm now training for a half marathon and would never have considered this before working with her. Best of all, Alex has become a great friend.
