My interest in health & fitness started several years ago when I discovered that many of the conditions that I suffered with could be managed with simple changes to my diet and lifestyle. As a result I made the decision to retrain and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer so that I could treat, train and educate others. I work with a wide range of people of varying age, ability and goal and I thoroughly enjoy training and supporting everyone of them to feel fitter, healthier and happier.
I, like many people, have suffered with ill health, injury as well as feeling un-fit. I know how hard it can be to motivate yourself and focus on the right nutrition and exercise. I truly believe that with the correct plan, mindset and trainer anything can be achieved.
I have a realistic approach to health & fitness and work with every client closely in order to support them with their diet and exercise regime.
